Freshly ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Freshly iOS application.

Freshly does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data you enter — including item names, categories, and expiry dates — is stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Freshly offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") to unlock additional features. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.

Freshly may send local notifications to remind you about upcoming expiry dates. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any external server.

Freshly does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Freshly does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect personal information from anyone.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the Freshly app from your device. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data.
